This is a great opportunity for the right person to be part of a fast expanding business and there will be further potential as the business expands throughout Greater Manchester.
This is a demanding role which requires an organised and efficient person who can multi task, cope under pressure and prioritise a workload. Previous lettings experience preferred, but not essential and training would be given.
Key responsibilities will be:
To ensure the tenant fulfills their obligations set out in the tenancy agreement.
To ensure the landlord fulfils their obligations to the tenant.
To be able to identify the needs of your clients.
To account promptly and accurately to the Landlord regarding income and expenditure correctly.
Package
Basic Salary: Negotiable upon experience
Excellent Commission Structure
Company Car provided / Use of "pool" car
OTE: £25,000 - £30,000
