We are looking for a candidate to work as an Apprentice / Trainee Administration Assistant. You will undertake a range of duties throughout your Apprenticeship.Duties will become more varied as you progress, learn and become more confident in the role.You will be need to be confident to work on computers maintaining client contact details using a shared system. You will need to feel comfortable on the phone as your job role will involve dealing with queries over the phone and dealing with clients in the office. You will be undertaking mainly general administration duties; this will include emailing clients, scanning, filing and keeping client contact records up to date, in addition to this you will be supporting the property sales team. Therefore you will need to have both good IT and communication skills.The company deals within selling and letting properties so an interest in “property” would be an advantage. There is good support within this organisation for an Apprentice and would be an excellent role to help build skills and confidence, hopefully leading to permanent employment at the end of the 12 month Apprenticeship. The hours will be 9.00am – 5pm.

Apprenticeship Information

As part of you role you will undertake a qualification in Business Administration.Once your 12 month course is completed you will have a Level 2 BTEC certificate in Business Administration and an NVQ Level 2 Business Administration. We have funding available for ages 16 to 24.

Key responsibilities will be:
To ensure the tenant fulfills their obligations set out in the tenancy agreement.
To ensure the landlord fulfils their obligations to the tenant.
To be able to identify the needs of your clients.
To account promptly and accurately to the Landlord regarding income and expenditure correctly.
